MATWORK TEACHER TRAINING
Divided into 6 modules, BASI Pilates’ Mat Program comprises 24 hours of lectures, discussion, exercise practice and analysis. This course helps students learn the principles of the Pilates method.
MAT & REFORMER PROGRAM
The Mat and Reformer Program combines the BASI Foundation Reformer repertoire and the Matwork teacher training program. Students who complete the Mat and Reformer Program are eligible to pursue the Comprehensive Global Program.
