“This was my first Pilates retreat so I was a bit unsure of what to expect. But I was with a group of wonderful people who helped make the retreat so easy to navigate. Loved the different classes presented each day. It was hard to decide which one I enjoyed the most. The evenings were also something to look forward to as we would not only talk about pilates but also got to know other people.
